Dataserv offers IT Support in various packages to suit the needs of clients in one of four ways.
Casual Support
A pay-as-you-go plan ideally suited for clients who require infrequent (adhoc) access to IT support. Support requests would be scheduled as availability permits unless agreed otherwise on a Customised Support plan.
Building long-term relationships with our clients is important to us, and trying out our Support services on a casual support plan is a great way for you to see if we could be a long-term supplier to your business.
*Labour charges would increase for long durations of support outside standard business hours and on weekends / public holidays.
Pre-paid Support
Support hours are purchased in bulk (minimum of 10 hours) at a discounted rate with the discount increasing on pre-paying for a larger amount of hours. These hours do not have an expiry date and can be used for all of our Support services, including some of our Consultancy and Solution services.
A SLA for response times would be made with the client along with granting access to our Client Portal for issue tracking, monitoring usage levels and requesting for support. Monthly statements of activity will be sent to clients via E-mail for their records.

Unlimited Support (fixed cost)
For companies that need regular access to IT Support without incurring massive varying monthly bills, Unlimited Support at a fixed monthly cost would be the best way to go. Clients would be able to budget their annual IT labour costs more accurately or vice-vera, the Unlimited support plan could be adjusted to meet your allocated IT budget.
The monthly cost would be determined by the number of machines and users that require support and by the agreed SLA for response times. There are no contractual obligations apart from the first three months as this is the average time to completely familiarise ourselves with your systems as well as fix any outstanding issues that were already there. These first three months would give you a proper idea of what you can expect from Dataserv's Support Services.
*There is no charge for work done outside standard business hours or on weekends but the response times may be slower if the work is not scheduled in advance.
