Sometimes physical support on-site is required to sort out problems, especially when there is a loss of connectivity (e.g. Internet). For those without a SLA with us, the response time would be based on availability but we strive a response time within 24 hours. There is no call-out fee but we do charge a minimum of one hour for any on-site visit unless scheduled by us.
Our engineers are certified by Microsoft and Cisco so that they can handle Server, Workstation and Network issues.
For clients who are subscribed to our Support package, we do schedule visits to the site even when not requested by the client, to do a physical healthcheck on the systems.
