Helpdesk services are a quick and easy way to get technical support fast! This service is for end-users who require some sort of technical support on their Windows computer over the Phone or by Remote Support.

Our technicians are certified by Microsoft and will help you resolve your technical problem over the phone. Don't worry if you are not computer savvy and are worried that you will not be able to understand the instructions via telephone as we also provide Remote Support. By logging onto our website, you can grant us temporary control over your computer with the click of button and watch how our technician fixes the problem.

For Urgent Support requests, please call us on (02) 8007 5757 for Helpdesk services.
Helpdesk is available 24/7 but with higher costs outside Office hours (8:30am - 5:30pm)

For Non-critical Support requests, we encourage you to E-mail your request so that we can properly log a ticket for you and see which is the best way to proceed. This could save you some money as we get an idea of the problem beforehand.
